“I’m not sure exactly where to start this so… over the last few years I have been struggling with my body weight and have fluctuated more times than I can count, and have weighed more than I ever would have wanted. Dealing with my eating disorder has not been an easy process, to say the least. Some days I would eat less than 500 calories, other days I would eat more food than I would ever admit. I had completely screwed up my metabolism and had to start at the very bottom with my body. I finally decided to make these changes for ME, because loving myself and loving my body is so much more important than anything else. I started focusing on my diet with the help of Natosha and her guiding me through my nutrition. I took a break from CrossFit to clear my head and came back better than ever. This time last summer I weighed around 176 pounds and today I weigh 153.0. This last year has been extremely hard for me dealing with a lot of personal issues, but I have put myself first and I’m finally seeing the changes.
