Get a large pan with a lid and pour 1 cup of water in. Add your green beans with a little salt, place the lid on and let cook on medium for apx. 10-15minutes. I used a bag of fresh green beans and chopped the tips off, but frozen would work no problem!
Place salmon filet in the center of the pan skin side up. I seasoned mine with coconut aminos and siracha sauce. Then I drizzled apx 2 Tablespoons of olive oil over the green beans, splashed them with coconut aminos and some more siracha! I like things hot!
Turn to low heat and cook lid on for 5-10 minutes depending on the size of your filet. I prefer when the outside is golden and slightly crispy, but don’t over cook.
Easy and enjoy!! It’s one of my favorite lunches.
