Fajita Breakfast Bowl

(Calories:200 Carbs: 13g Protein: 22g Fat: 6g)

•2 oz. of lean skirt steak

•1/4 cup of fajita seasoned bell pepper and onion

•1/2 cup spinach

•1/8 cup rice 

•8 Tablespoons of Egg white

•1 Tablespoon of avacado 

Eating healthy doesn’t have to be hard or taste bad!! I had left overs I saved from the night before and whipped this breakfast up in minutes! 

Healthy Eating Tip: plan for a little extra at dinner time to save for your following day’s breakfast or lunch. Doesn’t make lots of extra meal prepping!
