Conquer the Cravings!! 

Cravings hit me hard just like they do everyone else! I absolutely have moments when I put the concern of hitting my macros to the side and have a big dessert! However I also know that precision and consistency is key to seeing the results I want. 

So typically when I am really craving something I get creative! I’ve had a lot of failed attempts… but sometimes I get it right!! 

Today I tried out this Pumpkin soufflé as a little post workout snack! This is not a rich dessert however it can be a “treat!” 


Pumpkin Soufflé 

Blend together:

1/2 Cup of raw pumpkin

1 whole egg

1/2-1 Tablespoons of Pumpkin Spice

1/2 Scoop of Vega Vanilla Protein (other protein brands work as well)

1-2oz  Unsweetened Ripple milk (other dairy free options or milk works too)

Additional ingredients can be added such as honey, pure maple syrup, pecans, almond butter, coconut shavings, chocolate chips, etc.

Place in a microwave safe dish and microwave for 1:30-2 min

Vanilla “icing”

1/2 Scoop of Vega Vanilla Protein (other protein brands work as well)

1-2 TBL spoons Unsweetened Ripple milk (other dairy free options or milk works too)

Whip until mixed and slightly fluffy and top your soufflé

Protein 40g

Fat 8.8g

Follow the recipe for a very “clean” version or make it your own and try some more dessert like options!
