The B word! 

Every time life starts to get overwhelming this word comes back to me. Often we give too much ownership of our thoughts and our time to something and we see the neglect in other aspects of our life. That could be applied in basically any capacity of our life really! When I start to lose sight of why nutrition is important to me and what my real goals are I can become fixated on the wrong stuff. I become my “own worst enemy ” as my husband reminds me! 

Balance can be so easy to lose sight of and so hard to find! Take a step back and evaluate all the positives in your life, make sure you are investing your energy in those and not losing the balance with negative self image or rigid lifestyles. Life is what we make it, I choose to be the best version of myself… and that means really freaking happy!!
