The mental game

So much of our confidence and perceived success comes from getting our mind right. If I find my identity in being a person who can achieve my goals, no matter what that is, I’m more likely to stick with the process. If I can never see myself as someone who eats healthy, well guess what I’ll constantly be justifying poor food choices and eating habits! If I wake up every day and see myself with only a critical eye, I’ll never truly love and embrace all the wonderful things about myself… inside and out!!!

So don’t let a number on the scale or a certain pair of jeans or that flaw that you are dwelling on derail you from your goals or rob you of your happiness today!

All the ❤️
