What do you eat???

I get asked all the time as a fitness and nutrition coach, “What do you eat?” I’m always open to sharing my food logs and what’s on my plate! I think it’s just as helpful to get ideas from what others are doing! The tough part is you have to make your nutrition right for you!! So get ideas and learn and try new things but ultimately you need to tap into what makes your body thrive. For example I never use dairy, not because of weight loss or performance goals but because my body hates dairy! Sadly, it’s not even worth the occasional “cheat” for me anymore. But just like everyone I have treats and drinks and food on the go! I have learned what works for my goals and what doesn’t. The best is when I get home from a weekend of working on the road and I can make my breakfast again! ❤
