We made our way to sunny Daytona Beach Florida for family vacation this week. Eating on the road, out of a cooler, at theme parks, and just being tempted by all the goodies! Sometimes vacation can be a big hiccup in your goals for nutrition and fitness. Don’t be afraid to eat the foods you love and enjoy life, always my first bit of advice! But find a balance where you can eat quality, real foods and still sample the local fare and tasty treats. If you keep that balance you can survive eating anywhere, and you can feel good about it!
