The perfect option when eating out!


There’s no perfect option! But you can always do your best right?!  This is a situation we all find ourselves in and it’s one of the most common questions I get, “what do I order when eating out?” So let’s take the guess work out of ordering. Here’s a couple simple tips to help you navigate the menu and do your best regardless of where you are at mealtime! 

Start with choosing:

1. Vegetables or Fruit 

2. Lean Protein

3. Slowly digesting carbohydrate that will be high in fiber, like whole grain rice or legumes

Things to avoid:

1. Fried/Crispy

2. Cheesy

3. Glazed

And of course eat slowly and enjoy!
