Some people thrive on doing weekly meal preparation and plan out their food for the week, others feel overwhelmed by the whole thing or just can’t seem to make time for it. My biggest advice here would be know yourself and don’t set unrealistic expectations for what meal prep means for you. If you are new to the whole concept then just focus on small, consistent steps. Something as simple as getting protein at each meal, make a plan and make it happen! Or plan to have healthy snacks prepared so you don’t give in and eat a pile of baked goods at the office. If you already have food prep in your weekly routine, try to rotate a variety of foods to change things up, or add in some new recipes.
