Many people think by eliminating carbohydrates specifically grains, they will be better off or succeeding with their “diet” when in truth our bodies need carbohydrates to function properly, feel good and be lean and sexy! If you don’t believe me yet I understand. You’ve been told carbs are the enemy and you need more convincing.
Well I’m talking about good quality whole foods here! Go for the stuff with the most nutritional value and the minimal amount of junk! Food with chemicals added and void of micronutrients, you’re right to think twice about eating those!
