200 calorie comparison

Pulled this from my Precision Nutrition lesson last week, I love the visual comparison here. Of course the idea is not to completely restrict yourself from certain foods but all too often we get this crazy idea that eating less is how we lose weight or get healthy. Typically when you eat less you find yourself so hungry and on edge you don’t stop at 200 calories of M&Ms either! You eat the whole bag!!! Focus on the quality of your food choices and you can eat plenty and get the nutrients your body needs. When you fill up on the right choices, it makes it easier to stay focused on your goals, and not binge on the stress foods.
