Tonight my kids and I watched the Kids Baking Championship on the Food Network. Afterwards we discussed our next experimental recipes for “treat night” together. Once I tucked them into bed, of course I was dreaming of a treat! Luckily, there was nothing in the house that could resist me beyond my will power! I did however decide to have something tasty still.
I blended 1/2 Cup of frozen blueberries with a splash of unsweetened almond milk. Then I put a big scoop of frozen So Delicious brand Coconut Whip topping in my glass. It was wonderful and absolutely satisfied my sweet craving without eating a load of sugary junk.
