I completely agree with this statement! When someone starts talking nutrition or about fitness, wellness etc, I get so passionate about the conversation! Feeling negative about yourself is not a way to live life and it might be many people’s starting motivation to pursue some changes, but ultimately change will come when you believe you are worth the change. You are worth whatever steps need to happen (time, money, environment, social groups, whatever that may be) to find the respect you owe yourself. No matter what your nutrition goals are, gaining, losing, health concerns, athletic performance… respect yourself enough to eat well!
