Date night, no stress! 

Steve and I got a sitter, got dressed nice and went to dinner…yes the much needed and elusive date night! The last thing you want to do during date night is be stressing out over ruining all your hard work and messing up your “diet.” Or how about sitting with your noses in your phones calculating your macros based off the many menu options is kinda counterproductive to the whole idea of spending time with someone! 

Our program has eliminated so much of the stress and all or nothing mentality, that we just use what we have learned to give us guidance and practice habits that keep us on track no matter where we are and what’s on the menu! 

Low stress, great meal and all the fun of hanging out with my hubby!
